This notice explains how Thiago Felizola uses the information provided in the AI consulting and mentorship application form.
Information and purpose
The form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, professional context, goal, preferred timing and permission to contact you. It also records the program, language, investment shown and application date. This information is used to assess fit and discuss a proposal with you. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the website database and reviewed through an authenticated admin area. Hosting and database infrastructure process this information to operate the service. Application details are not published in the portfolio.
Your choices
You can request information about your data, ask for correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to be contacted by writing to the email below. Information needed for a contract or an applicable obligation may require separate handling.
Website browsing
In addition to the form, the website uses Google Tag Manager and may load Wistia video services. These services may process technical browsing information according to their configurations. Your name, email, phone and application answers are not included in the form’s analytics events.
